Color is important in everyday life. It can be used to visually communicate feelings, actions, and meaning. According to the Colour Blind Awareness Company, about three million people world-wide are affected by color blindness. As a graphic designer, it is important to develop accessible means of understanding color and how it’s perceived.

I have created four posters to show the different types of color blindness. There is the True Color, Protanopia, Deuteranopia, and Tritanopia. These posters help us compare what different people can see and what they cannot. Most people go through life passing by the beautiful flowers in a garden or the sunsets without realizing how lucky they are. Bringing this awareness to people helps them to appreciate the beauty around them.
