Much of my work is based inside a light studio and uses a 4x5 large format camera. The bulk of this work is portraiture.

Here you will notice several shots taken over again. Some concepts are a consistent works in progress. Trying to find the right film, the right angle, the right lighting or right camera.

Occasionally my work ventures into other areas of photography. Some political in nature, other landscapes or something else. Once in a while my work will incorporate text into the image, or use a digital camera instead of a film base 4x5 or 35mm.

My intention is for the viewer to enjoy what they see here. Hopefully my work will make some people laugh, some smile, some intrigued, and others think about the image, as not all of them are pretty.
